Does the returned vehicle need to be cleaned?
Yes, all vans should be returned as clean as you got them. All vehicles have a car wash pass for your convenience. If the van is returned dirty, there is a $65.00 cleaning charge.
How much fuel needs to be in a returned vehicle?
All vehicles are rented with full tanks of fuel and must be returned the same way. If the van is returned low on fuel or empty, you will be charged for the fuel and 25.00 filling charge.
Can vehicle seats be removed?
Seats are removable and should only be done here at the office for storage purposes. We will gladly remove if customer needs leg room or travel space in rear of vehicle.
Do you offer early vehicle pick up?
Yes. We charge $75.00 Noon to 3PM or $45.00 3PM-5:30 for pick up the day before actual rental.
Do the vans have cargo carriers or bike racks?
Vans are equipped with hitches that can be used for bike racks and cargo carriers, provided by the customer. We do not allow trailers, other than our own, to be pulled behind any of our vans. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property out of the vans while you are renting them.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, you get free cancellation of less 7% of your deposit as a credit card processing fee to refund the money back to your account. Between 24 hours of booking and 48 hours before scheduled pickup time, your deposit ($100 per van) will be treated as a cancellation fee. Last minute cancellations/no call, no show (within the last 48 hours of pick up time), will be charged the full rental amount as a cancellation fee. Sorry we cannot afford last minute cancellations.
